Providing Feedback

The Leadership Toolkit Series will focus on helping leaders motivate and develop the people they lead. Throughout the series, we will highlight a specific leadership skill to discuss and practice together. The following topics will be part of this series: Providing Feedback, Listening, and Coaching. Each session in the series will focus on how to apply the skills as a leader, however, anyone interested in the topic may attend any one or the whole series. Receive a certificate of completion for attending all three sessions. Sessions facilitated by Julia Heatherwick, Training Specialist, HR & APS.

Session 1: Providing Feedback: Do you dread giving feedback? Do you wish you had a simple way to organize your thoughts and feedback? We will discuss a feedback framework and practice it in small groups.
