This training is for anyone who submits requests for access to enterprise software such as PeopleSoft CS, PeopleSoft HR, PeopleSoft CFS, OBI, Nolij, etc. In this training, you will learn how to submit a request for yourself or someone else, how to check the status of a submitted request, and how to get assistance if needed.

White Mannequins
Thursday, November 15, 2018 - 2:00pm to 4:00pm

This four-hour workshop (divided into 2 two-hour segments) will offer an introduction to the concept of whiteness, the significance of whiteness in our everyday lives, and how whiteness shapes our interactions. We will examine how whiteness affects various systems of advantage and what that looks like in our community.

Instead, studies surface every year that illustrate the effects of gender and racial bias, both in academic and non-academic recruitment situations.

This workshop will provide participants an understanding of patterns of behavior related to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), help develop classroom techniques utilizing Universal Design, and equip faculty strategizes to address student behavior in a group and in 1-on-1 settings.
