Does your mind sometimes wander or rehearse what you are going to say while someone else is talking to you? We live in a busy and distracting world. You are not alone. Listening is a skill we can practice to help us be more present with others. In this session, we will practice listening deeply to others through a series of activities. Come prepared to listen and be listened to in this interactive session.
