Susan Westover serves as the Assistant Vice Chancellor & Chief Counsel, Litigation at the California State University Office of General Counsel. Her expertise includes employment, civil rights and constitutional law litigation. She supervises the in-house team of litigators and is the Office of General Counsel's liaison with outside counsel and the Office of the Attorney General.

Katherine A. Winder, Litigation Attorney, California State University Office of General Counsel

Katherine A. Winder is a member of the Litigation Team at the California State University Office of General Counsel. She is also the resource attorney for stop notices, legal holds, and state personnel board. Prior to joining CSU, Katherine practiced in private law firms, litigating complex civil cases in state and federal courts across the country.
