Unstoppable Resilience: Avoiding Burnout and Discovering How to Flourish Instead

Dr. Eva Selhub explains how to achieve unstoppable resilience by cultivating six pillars of resilience: physical vitality, emotional equilibrium, mental toughness and clarity, spiritual connection, healthy relationships and being an inspiring leader as part of a wider community.

Dr. Selhub will share why it is crucial to create a strong foundation for learning how to use stress to our advantage, to invariably avoid burnout and discover that it is possible to truly flourish in life, and will provide actionable takeaways to use in our personal and professional lives.

Dr. Eva Selhub is an internationally recognized expert on resiliency and stress reduction, specializing in helping individuals and organizations improve their wellbeing, productivity, and outcomes by creating a culture of resilience. Dr. Selhub is a board-certified physician and Instructor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School for 20 years, and served as the Medical Director for the prestigious Benson Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital. She is the author of multiple books, serves on the Board of Directors of Marimed, Inc. and is a Scientific Advisor for Sensie. Dr. Selhub believes in a holistic approach to resilience and provides practical tools for transformative change.
