This session will cover the following topics: The Communication Model – We’ll look at a communication model that explains what happens when we communicate and key elements that we need to be aware of. This will help us see where the communication breakdowns happen. Personal Communication Styles – We’ll take a look and asses your communication style and explore how we can use the information we’ve learned to better communicate with others. Listening & Non-Verbal Communication – We’ll take a closer look at these often discussed skills and review how they can help us overcome some common communication challenges.
