This course will prepare you to successfully complete annual performance evaluations for your employees.

Goals:

  • Provide an overview of the Annual Employee Evaluation Process including useful information about avoiding rater bias.
  • Provide an overview of the Collective Bargaining Agreement provisions related to Evaluations.
  • Answer your questions.
