Cross-Campus Collaboration: Learning Beyond Our Borders
One of the great things about being part of the CSU system is that our community stretches far beyond our own campus. This fall, the Cross-Campus Collaboration courses are back, giving us a chance to learn, grow, and connect with colleagues from across campuses.
The lineup has something for everyone. You might be interested in the Learning Lab Series: The Change Advantage, designed to help us embrace adaptability and see change as an opportunity for growth. Or perhaps Developmentally-Focused Evaluations will catch your attention—it’s all about turning evaluations into positive, growth-centered conversations. There’s also The Four Stages of Psychological Safety, where we’ll learn how to build trust and openness in our teams. If you’re curious about leadership and influence, the Conversational Capacity workshop is a wonderful way to practice having productive, balanced discussions even when things get tough. And for those looking to sharpen career skills, Writing and Delivering Performance Reviews offers practical guidance on supporting team success with confidence and clarity.
These courses aren’t just about skills—they’re about connection. Each class is a chance to hear fresh perspectives, meet peers from other campuses, and bring new ideas back to our own teams. If you’ve been looking for a way to recharge, learn something new, or simply connect with others, now is the perfect time. Take a look at the workshops, pick one that sparks your interest, and see where these cross-campus connections can take you.
