What is Change Management?

Change Management

When your organization undertakes projects or initiatives to improve performance, seize opportunities or address key issues, they often require changes; changes to processes, job roles, organizational structures and types and uses of technology.

However, it is actually the employees of your organization who have to ultimately change how they do their jobs. If these individuals are unsuccessful in their personal transitions, if they don't embrace and learn a new way of working, the initiative will fail. If employees embrace and adopt changes required by the initiative, it will deliver the expected results.

Staff are worried about their jobs, how to care for children, if they or their family members will get sick. The emotional impact of this experience on ourselves and our staff depends on their individual characteristics and experiences, the social and economic circumstances of their family and their community.

Create recurring Zoom meetings with saved settings and one URL

Click the Recurring Meeting checkbox for weekly meetings, monthly check-ins, and other regularly-scheduled calls.

There are two benefits to using this setting. First, it lets you lock in all the call settings you want once and have them be in place every time you meet. Second, recurring calls use the same join URL each time, so you never have to send a fresh one to attendees.
