Making a space request for an event
Requesting a space in R25 WebViewer is best if the event is not complicated..
R25 WebViewer is used to request a space for EVENTS only. Events are handled by Room Reservations at ext. 4414. If you need help scheduling a space for a class please email
email@example.com. If you are looking for an available space for the entire term you need to check all 15 weeks. This will help to ensure that there are no conflicts.
University Center spaces are not in R25.
You can use the WebViewer for information about space attributes (owners, features, room capacity).
For restricted spaces, please contact the "owner" prior to submitting a request.
Step by Step
Locate the desired space (
see search locations for help) from the WebViewer schedule. Click on the space
Login to your account (use your HSU username and password)
Fill in the appropriate details of your event. Items in red are required. Only use this Request Form for simple events, i.e. One day / one room. Otherwise, contact Room Reservations directly at 826-4414.
