Weekly Dose of Mindfulness is an opportunity for all CSU community members to experience guided mindfulness practices with a trained facilitator. Mindfulness can be defined as paying attention, on purpose, to the present moment, with kindness and curiosity.

This training will provide foundational information about gender, gender identity, sexuality, attraction, and sex assigned at birth. As well as provide best practices on how to incorporate pronoun usage in your day to day work and interactions that help foster a space for inclusivity and learning.
