Goal

Sexual harassment training will provide at least two hours of interactive training with a focus on federal and state statutory provisions, prevention and correction of sexual harassment and remedies available to victims.

Who

Required for all California State University (CSU) employees who have supervisory responsibility.

Why

Training is required by Executive Order 1096.

When

Under Cal. Govt. Code § 12950.1, each Campus shall provide supervisory Employees at least two hours of interactive Sexual Harassment training within six months of the Employee's assignment to a supervisory position and every two years thereafter. It is due 90 days after assignment.

How Often

Every 2 years
